Each video is unique, regardless of the language!
If you are bilingual, you might be interested in all 16 videos. The mindfulness videos in English and French are different, except for the one titled Introduction to Mindfulness. This video covers the same practices in both English and French. In the yoga videos, I have included a variety of poses so you can enjoy eight different yoga classes.

Disclaimer:
Yoga is for everyone. However, when online, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from specific injuries or disease it is best to consult with your physician first. Similarly if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only. The practice of yoga postures requires you to assess the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. It is better to build up slowly than to force and strain. The techniques and suggestions presented on the videos in this website are not intended to substitute for proper medical advice. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program. LaVieMindful.com assumes no responsibility for injuries suffered while practicing these postures.
