The physical and psychological benefits of yoga are numerous for reducing stress, improving concentration, stretching and getting to know yourself through your practice..<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">My approach is \u201cRestorative, gentle yoga\u201d starting with a breathing practice and continuing into postures and ending with relaxation. A restorative, healing practice to increase flexibility, calm the mind and soothe the body.
